Securities law and capital-raise structuring clients have included Tarek El Moussa (Flip or Flop, HGTV), Than Merrill (Flip This House, A&E), and the founders of BiggerPockets — real estate operators raising serious private capital across Reg D and Reg A offerings.
The Crowdfunding Myth: Legally and Effectively Raising Money for Your Business — debunks the multiple myths surrounding crowdfunding and walks through how to effectively crowdfund a securities offering.
Jillian Sidoti is a life and business architect, securities attorney, and operator based in Rincón, Puerto Rico.
Over two decades of securities law practice, she helped clients raise hundreds of millions of dollars in private capital across real estate, hospitality, and a range of other asset classes — including work with some of the most active capital raisers and fund managers in the country.
After selling her firm — the first of three seven-figure businesses she has built from scratch — she moved her family to Puerto Rico and built a portfolio that now includes Oasis Monte Y Mar (a luxury outdoor event venue in Rincón), Last Life Ever (a life design platform she co-founded with Jeffrey Holst), and Capital on Command (the done-for-you capital-raising engagement she co-leads with Nate Dodson, under her parent platform Entrepreknew).
Today she advises a small number of operators each quarter on the intersection of capital, AI, real estate, and intentional living; speaks at events that fit; hosts a podcast; and writes a weekly newsletter for operators building the next version of their business and their life.

Her current portfolio includes Oasis Monte Y Mar (her event venue in Rincón), Last Life Ever (co-founded with Jeffrey Holst), and Entrepreknew (the parent platform behind Capital on Command).
